Very efficient, friendly service from Richard. He installed a new hard drive, applications, more RAM and a new OS X system overnight to get me back up and running! I dropped my beloved iMac off at 4pm one day, and he delivered it back to me, and got it set up at my home by 12 the next lunchtime - amazing service! Reasonable rates... the RAM actually cost less than he quoted, and he passed this saving on to me too (which I wouldn't have known about), so I appreciated the integrity and honesty with that too. I spilt a drink over my MacBook Pro totally ruining the device. Richard recovered my image having put it through their amazing recovery rig. Having not backed up my machine recently I was looking at losing some seriously critical data. Have it all back now (with new machine) and just over the moon with the work that was done and in a really fantastic timescale. Really, Blue Apple are expert at what they do. The service was wonderful and the skill levels are seriously high; their costs are very reasonable. This is the second time I've needed their services and again, outstanding. I'd unreservedly recommend Blue Apple to anyone. Top draw!

Wish I’d found Blue Apple months ago. Took my slow, groaning IMac and fitted a SSHD, migrated everything over and returned a completely transformed and lightning quick computer, all in 72 hours door to door! Great value and for a fraction of the price I was going to pay for a replacement. Kept me informed throughout and has since been great on aftercare.

Fantastic service from Richard. My iMac was running super slow, so he replaced the drive and rebuilt it with the latest operating system. Then, when it inexplicably started running slow again a week later, he replaced the drive again and rebuilt it once more. He went above and beyond to make sure it was all ok. Hugely appreciated and I cannot recommend Blue Apple highly enough. Thank you!

Could not be happier with the service I received from Richard and his team - including new pup Willow! I was recommended to Blue Apple by Trusted PC Man in Grayshott (I live in Lindford, Bordon so not local at all). I’m so glad they pointed me in their direction as Richard really sorted me out in a situation where I thought I had really lost everything! I am a designer and freelance illustrator and when my 2014 iMac refused to respond nor start up last Sunday, I immediately thought the worst! However, having being recommended Blue Apple and speaking to Richard on the Monday, he assured me the problem was solvable, including data recovery - to a certain degree (which was one of my main worries) and that he would have me up and running again as soon as possible. In a situation such as this, Richard was a calm and rational person to speak to and hear from. He kept me updated with the process, step by step and was extremely knowledgable and experienced, especially with this particular issue. The data recovery took a while but was worth the time taken as the data was indispensable to me. I’m sure if I had gone directly to Apple the whole job would have cost a lot more, especially with the up front data recovery cost from probably an external company. I’m pretty sure I have all my data back now, nearly and my iMac is, I think, possibly better than before! I would recommend Blue Apple to anybody with any Apple, iMac or MacBook issues and if I ever have any other problems, I’ll most definitely return to Blue Apple!

After developing a problem with my ageing iMac hard drive a good friend recommended Blue Apple Systems. I have to say, I'm so very glad I followed up on that recommendation!

Richard knows Apple Mac inside out, having been in the industry for many years. I found him to be very efficient with his help in sorting out my Mac Mini, i.e. fitting a new SSD drive to save its life. A whole lot cheaper than having to replace it altogether, which was my only other alternative. I highly recommend this company.

My partner dropped our Macbook and broke the screen. We contacted Richard about this on a Sunday, and within 24 hours a new screen had been fitted and the Macbook was as good as new. This was all for a very fair price and the communication throughout the process was excellent.
