I was recommended to Blue Apple by Trusted PC Man in Grayshott (I live in Lindford, Bordon so not local at all). I’m so glad they pointed me in their direction as Richard really sorted me out in a situation where I thought I had really lost everything! I am a designer and freelance illustrator and when my 2014 iMac refused to respond nor start up last Sunday, I immediately thought the worst! However, having being recommended Blue Apple and speaking to Richard on the Monday, he assured me the problem was solvable, including data recovery - to a certain degree (which was one of my main worries) and that he would have me up and running again as soon as possible. In a situation such as this, Richard was a calm and rational person to speak to and hear from. He kept me updated with the process, step by step and was extremely knowledgable and experienced, especially with this particular issue. The data recovery took a while but was worth the time taken as the data was indispensable to me. I’m sure if I had gone directly to Apple the whole job would have cost a lot more, especially with the up front data recovery cost from probably an external company. I’m pretty sure I have all my data back now, nearly and my iMac is, I think, possibly better than before! I would recommend Blue Apple to anybody with any Apple, iMac or MacBook issues and if I ever have any other problems, I’ll most definitely return to Blue Apple!

My 27 inch iMac had been running slow, crashing, going to sleep etc, etc. After many, many hours talking to Apple over several months with no solution I called Richard at Blue Apple Systems and arranged to take it in. He immediately diagnosed the problem as being the Fusion drive (apparently a common problem with this type/age of Mac) and said he could replace it with an SSD drive.
